Payment terms: Payment can be made by Worldpay, Paypal or bank transfer. Title in all goods supplied by us shall vest with Pilgrim Tiles until payment has been received in full.
Quotations: Quotations are valid for 1 month. We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation if it contains errors or omissions.
Copyright: Orders of reproductions other than Pilgrim Tiles images are accepted on the understanding that the copyright is vested in the client.
Returns and refunds:If you receive goods in damaged condition, you must notify us by post or email within five days of receipt of the goods. Please check all products prior to installation. Claims cannot be considered once the products have been installed. Pilgrim Tiles is not responsible for inappropriate use of its products. Customers should read the specification thoroughly. All our tiles are made to order only, we cannot accept any return or cancellation.
Delivery of Goods: Delivery times quoted are approximate. Delivery time quoted will not start until payment is received We are not responsible for damage which occurs after goods leave our premises; in the hands of postal or courier services etc. If you do receive goods damaged during delivery please notify us immediately and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers insurers.
Shipping/Carriage: The client is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Transfer of Title : The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.
Decorative Tiles: Some variation in shade or pattern may occur between batch productions, this is an inherent characteristic of the printing process. It is therefore advisable that the quantity of tiles ordered is sufficient to complete the project.
Fixing Tiles: Care should be taken during installation and grouting to avoid damage. No refund of faulty tiles can be considered after the tiles have been installed. Certain products have a deliberate design and care should be taken to observe the direction of the patterning. No responsibility can be accepted once tiles have been fixed. Tiles can be used in most applications – we are happy to provide any advice relating to your end use. Please contact us if you have any queries. Tile care & fixing instructions are supplied with each delivery & can be found on this website. If these instructions are not followed, Pilgrim Tiles cannot be liable or responsible for any problems that arise.
Design Representation: Images shown on the website may not be a true representation of the colours due to factors such as screen resolution etc, we advise customers to purchase a sample before placing their order.
Custom Designs: Any sizes, colours & design elements for customised orders must be provided by the purchaser. Pilgrim Tiles cannot be held responsible for errors or flaws in artwork supplied or reproduced in the printed tile.
Law: Any contract between Pilgrim Tiles and the client will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
