The William Morris "Tree of Life" tiles are great. The owner was so helpful over the fitting, especially as the surround tiles were slightly longer. He made the experience consonant with the Arts and Crafts Movement in his concern over what we were trying to achieve as a common good together. A real craftsman!

Absolutely delighted with my tiles! They were custom made, based on a William De Morgan design. Martin, at Pilgrim Tiles, bent over backwards to make sure they were perfect and was full of ideas and advice. Communication was great and the work was completed very efficiently. We are from the USA and ordered art nouveau tiles for our new fireplace surround. First and foremost, from the first inquiry to the answers to our special requests regarding design, the responses were fast, inciteful and always cordial while professional. The time frames were surprisingly fast and the quality of the product when received was simply beautiful. In addition dealing with international payment was made easy by his full explanation of the procedure. Finally product arrived via international delivery superbly packaged and in perfect condition.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. I wanted a special tile, that was no longer available, copied to replace the broken ones in my bathroom. The results are excellent. You can not tell they are copies. The customer service is excellent, very friendly with excellent communication.

I recommended this company to my mum after she was impressed with a swan splashback I ordered for my bathroom. My mum is still learning how to do online ordering and needed help to do this. May I just say how absolutely exquisite your tiles are. I am enchanted by them. What a delight to be able to have these lovely designs when it is nigh on impossible now to find any originals. The piped designs look really authentic, even though they are no longer 3D. I left behind in our old house a collection of original art nouveau & deco tiles stuck on the wall, so am thrilled to have these. You have a superb product. Thank you so much!

I purchased 3 mackintosh tiles as replacement for feature tiles for my fire place I am a bit weary of buying items from the internet and I was unable to source anything like these locally I am absolutely thrilled with them. Great service and excellent product.

Looked on line for some fireplace tiles and Pilgrim tiles came up, there was absolutely loads to choose from, settled on a design in the end, and Martin was able to help with that . Martin did an excellent job of copying some original 18th century delft fire place tiles which had been destroyed. You cannot tell the difference between the original and reproduction

Amazing service that went the extra mile… one of our tiles was broken so Martin rang that evening and sorted it out and sent a replacement overnight. He was charming and so helpful!! Tiles are beautiful - so pleased with them!! I’ll post a picture when the room is all finished!

This is the third lot of tiles I have bought from Pilgrims simply because they are of such good quality. I also called to discuss various options and Martin was very helpful. Will be buying more for my kitchen soon. These tiles are usually in blue and white but we contacted Martin and he was able to provide us with the black and white ravens that we wanted. The pilgrim tiles we had are beautiful and everyone admires them but the surface can be scratched so you have to be careful.

I contacted Martin as I needed some advice on renovating my fireplace. He was able to advise me on type of tile and quantity, all done in a friendly, helpful manner. Tiles arrived in a timely manner all intact.

My tiles are just wonderful. They look amazing!!! they make my kiichen look very sophisticated and different. They wipe down easily. Nothing was a problem and customer care was great. The person I dealt with was charming and extremely helpful.

I ordered the large dragon tiles and used them to made a splash back for a basin. They look really lovely. The tiles came in the time indicated and were well packaged.

I bought fifteen 'de Morgan' tiles to do a splashback in my bathroom. They are *beautiful*. Well made. Quickly and securely delivered in sturdy packaging.Pilgrim Tiles was very helpful: it turned out that I wanted a design very similar to something in the owner's home, so he sent photos of his own splashback as a guide/inspiration. And then replied to my emails quickly and with patience.Absolutely recommended.

Pilgrim Tiles were excellent - Martin is very knowledgeable and the selection of period tiles on offer is the best I have seen. After much looking around for an original fire with no luck, we settled on a very authentic looking new fire and surround. Wanting to stay true to the history of our Edwardian house, the 1903 replica art nouveau tiles complete our fireplace perfectly.

I am in the U S and felt a little weary about ordering from the UK but fear not. The tiles are beautiful and they shipped superfast. In fact I also ordered subway tiles from another state and I will be waiting 3 more weeks. We got four porcelain tiles to use as trivets for hot pots, baking trays, coffee jug etc in the kitchen/ dining area and added sticky squares of eva foam to the bottom to protect the surface.Well packaged they arrived in great condition. The prints are neatly done with high resolution, the tiles themselves sturdy and they are like small artworks in themselves - we enjoy them immensely!
